Hotel a Regione Dartmouth-Lago Sunapee

“Great breakfast and location.”

“Great place. We arrived after hours and never met the staff. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Recommend updates such as a coffee maker in the room or on each floor, also a grab bar/towel bar by shower would be great. Finally, stress the fact there are no elevators and if your room is on the 4th floor you carry your luggage up 45 stairs. Staying here was a great experience staying in a historic building almost 200 years old and I truly felt the history!! KUDOS TO THE RESTORERS!!”

“The location was absolutely beautiful. And the rooms were fine- small, but totally fine and clean. That said, a few things to point out. 1. TV in the room... but it didn't work 2. AC was on, and there was a big sign that said, " Contact maintenance. " When you called, the voicemail said "someone has access to this phone all day"... and the vmail box is full! So, we changed it ourselves to heat. 3. The locks on the doors didn't really work; we had to really work them. We thought we were locked...

“Bath shower very good as well as quality of the towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner very loud and initial difficult to get a consistent comfortable temp in room. No elevator which makes for not the best schlepping suitcase up the stairs for older customers. Room feels more spartan than perhaps it should because it is overly large. Much larger than it needs to be to feel more comfortable. Desk space is adequate and the closet is larger and more enclosed than in most hotels”

“This was my 3rd time staying at Dexter’s Inn and hopefully not the last. It is a wonderful inn with easy access to Mount Sunapee. ”

“Great place! It’s old so noise is high. We were on porch and you could hear door (so loudly) opening and closing w guests and staff.”

“The clean service was any other day. I stay 2 nights, so they didnt clean it”

“Good price hotel, but you can feel the years of the property. No breakfast available.”

“Beware that check in is at 3 pm and the office closes at 5pm during some times of the year. The room was nice, quaint but on the 4th floor and we were unaware of a flight of stairs we needed to go up. The TV wouldn't turn on so we spent a bit working on that. Breakfast was a delight and the service was excellent.”

“Excellent”

“Cozy country inn! The owners are kind and very responsive. The rooms are cute and cozy….and the beds are comfortable! We had a quick, but lovely stay.”

“Everything was excellent!”
